Privacy Policy (English)

Effective date: 2026-08-13 · Last updated: 2026-09-20

ACT Party (the app and actparty.app) helps Android developers complete Google Play closed testing (12 testers × 14 days) by testing each other’s apps. The controller is the operator named under “Contact”.

What we collect and why

Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6): performance of our contract with you (account, matching, check-ins, notifications); your consent for optional features (Usage Access, chat translation, email notifications), which you can withdraw at any time in Settings; our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and fixing crashes.

Usage Access permission

We check, on your phone, only whether apps registered in your trades and parties were opened and for how long. Only “which app, which day, how many minutes” is sent to our server; the first time, the last 14 days are checked at once. Your check-in days are visible to partners and to other signed-in users. Usage of any other app is never read, stored or sent. The permission is optional — without it, check-ins are simply not recorded automatically.

What we never collect

Contacts, location, photos or media (other than images you attach), call logs, SMS, card or other payment details, or advertising identifiers (the app serves no ads).

What is public

So that people can choose who to test with, the app board and actparty.app show: to anyone, including people who are not signed in — your developer name, profile icon and country, public app listings, karma and number of completions, last active date and whether automatic check-in is on; to signed-in users only — which apps you are testing with check-in days and status (in progress, finished, stopped), the apps you completed and when, and your drop-outs. Your email and tester Google account are not part of this — they are shown only to partners once you accept a trade. Apps registered as private do not appear on the board. Feedback and support messages go only to the app’s developer and to us.

Processors and international transfers

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We use these processors; your data is transferred to them over encrypted connections:

Transfers outside the EU/EEA rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account, or ask us by email. When you do, we immediately erase your sign-in and email, tester Google account, developer name, device country, push tokens and notifications, your trades and check-in records, and your unanswered trade requests. To keep other people’s records and conversations intact, your posts, comments, chats and feedback stay with the author shown as “Deleted user” (delete them first or email us if you want the text removed), your registered apps are kept hidden (another account registering the same app takes it over), and tip order records are kept without any link to you. Report records are kept for up to 1 year and crash reports for up to 90 days. Pages generated on the website are removed at the next site update.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, ask for a copy (portability), and withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within 10 days (and within one month at most, as the GDPR requires). EU/EEA users may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

Children

The service is for app developers. You must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum age for digital consent in your country, if higher) to sign up.
