제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 ACT(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 이용자와 운영자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.

제2조 (서비스 내용)

서비스는 안드로이드 앱 개발자들이 Google Play 비공개 테스트를 상호 협력하여 진행할 수 있도록 파티 매칭, 진행 관리, 커뮤니티 기능을 제공합니다.

제3조 (금지 행위)

• ① 스토어 리뷰·평점을 대가로 교환하거나 요구하는 행위 (Google Play 정책 위반)
• ② 테스트를 수행하지 않고 인증을 조작하는 행위
• ③ 타인을 괴롭히거나 혐오 표현, 스팸, 광고를 게시하는 행위
• ④ 타인의 개인정보를 무단 수집·공개하는 행위

제4조 (제재)

위반 시 콘텐츠 삭제, 카르마 차감, 파티 참여 제한, 이용 정지 등의 조치가 적용될 수 있습니다.

제5조 (면책)

서비스는 Google Play의 프로덕션 접근 승인을 보장하지 않으며, 최종 심사 권한은 Google에 있습니다.

개인정보 처리는 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

Terms of Service (English)

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the operator of ACT (the "Service").

Article 2 (What the Service does)

The Service provides party matching, progress tracking, and community features so that Android developers can run Google Play closed tests for one another.

Article 3 (Prohibited conduct)

• ① Exchanging or soliciting store reviews or ratings for anything of value (a Google Play policy violation)
• ② Faking verification without actually testing
• ③ Harassing others, or posting hate speech, spam, or advertising
• ④ Collecting or publishing another person's private information without consent

Article 4 (Enforcement)

Violations may result in content removal, karma deductions, restrictions on joining parties, or suspension of the account.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Service does not guarantee approval of Google Play production access; the final review decision rests with Google.
